USD fraternity raises support and awareness for local children battling cancer
VERMILLION, SD — March 20, 2017 – On Wednesday March 22, the Pi Kappa Alpha (PIKE) Fraternity at USD will host one of the chapter’s signature philanthropy events, Dining for Kids. The event will be held at Little Italy’s Restaurant. For $5, guests can enjoy two large slices of pizza and a soft drink. Proceeds from the event will benefit Pi Kappa Alpha’s charity of choice, Cure Kids Cancer.
Cure Kids Cancer’s mission is to help children’s cancer centers, like the one at Sanford Children’s Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD, find life-saving treatments and eventually cures for children’s cancer by raising funds and awareness. Cure Kids Cancer is a program of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
Event details for Dining for Kids are as follows:

Time:                 5 p.m. until 7 p.m.

Location:          Little Italy’s (831 East Cherry Street, Vermillion, SD)
