Alpha Zeta-University of Arkansas-Fayetteville

The renovation is an alumni funded $7 million project that makes the Pike House the largest fraternity house on campus.  The building is one of the U of A’s National Register of Historic Places, designed by the first Dean of Architecture, John G. Williams.  Brother Kenneth Hirshey, CEO of Cyntergy AEC, designed the new house to include a new living floor, common floor, and have the largest suites of any house on campus.  The new design maintains the architectural history while accommodating new generations of Pikes.
