August 19 – 7 Alumni 10 Brothers, 6 hour work day. Leaves and branches, roof, basement wall
August 22 – 29 35 brothers, 6 hours a day every day
Bandroom, kitchen, dining room, outside, basement, bathroom, chapter room, media center, chapter wing, sleeze wing, front hallway
August 29 – 45 brothers and advisor, officer retreat where SMART goals are set with advisor help. Followed by rush meeting presented by advisor and rush chairs. Four hours total.
August 26 – 10 Brothers 2 others, two hour work day, Freshman move in
August 26 – 40 Brothers, Mcgregor Fight in Media Center
September 2 – 30 Brothers, two hour work day, leaves and volleyball court
September 9 – 50 Brothers, 60 Freshman, Live Music and Clams, Parents, Family, 12-5
September 12- 30 Brothers, 30 Freshman, Uncle Sam’s Lanes, only people there were for rush event
September 16- 25 brothers, 25 Rushes, White Water Rafting
September 17-57 brothers, gave out 35 bids
September 18-20 brothers, career Fair prep given by brother Bendik Larsen
September 12 – wiring repaired throughout the house to prevent further damage
September 17 – 45 brothers 1 alumni advisor phones in to house meeting
September 17 – 50 brothers give out bids, 2 hours
September 20 – steak fajitas made by Rico for the entire brotherhood
September 24 – Meeting with Rich de Almeida to talk over rush, housing inspection, and new members
October 2 – Tutoring session with pledges and girls lacrosse team, 6 brothers, 7 people being tutored, 3 hours
October 2 – Recycling trip
October 11- 16 brothers 4 pledges making burritos for breast cancer walk 3 hours
October 12 – 20 Brothers 15 pledges preparing and selling burritos 2 hours $400
October 12- 15 Brothers 5 Pledges making cuban sandwiches and empanadas for hurricane relief 3 hours
October 13 – 10 Brothers 3 pledges prepping food for hurricane relief 2 hours
October 13 – 10 Brothers and 10 pledges, 30 other organization members selling food for hurricane relief, 3 hours $475 raised by members personally $3000 raised overall
October 14 – 15 brothers 10 alumni, Alumni tailgate for reunion and homecoming, food, house tours, and networking
October 15 – Breast cancer walk with girls softball, 10 members total and 6 softball players, 2 hours $200 on top of burrito sales
October 15 – 10 Brothers 4 pledges 8 alumni, Alumni networking event, food, house tours, future housing plans 3 hour event
Every Thursday – Poker Night, event usually lasts 3 hours with 6-8 Participants
November 3 – 1 brother 1 hour, Meet with Associate Deans to plan on to better improve relations with neighbors
November 3-5 – Pike U, 14 Brothers attended, 8 hours of events on leadership, professional development, etc in Philly
November 4 – Award from Nationals for Scholarship and 25 man commitment to PikeU
November 8 – Pie the Pi’s with Pi Beta Phi, 4 Hour event, $300 raised, half to Pi Phi have to Pikes, 25 brothers and 20 sisters
November 9, 10, 12, 13, 14 – Tabling for blood drive for 4 hours periods, 3 brothers there at all times
November 10 – Austin Rossi and Dillon Ashong instructed the pledges and brothers on how to cut hair, 10 pledges 10 brothers 1 Hour
November 15 – Working Blood Drive, 8 hours total and 3-4 brothers working for each hour
November 16, 15 brothers, 10 CAC, 4 Hours, $300 made. Teamed up with CAC to sell pulled pork sliders for great American smokeout
November 27 – Pikes and friends hockey team comes in third place, 8 brothers 2 non brothers
November 29 and December 3rd – Pikes rakes around their yard and neighboring sidewalks, 4 hours each day, 36 total participants averaging at 3 hours each
December 5 – Making cheesesteaks in order to raise money for pikes presents, total of 3 hours, 15 brothers
December 6 – Selling cheesesteaks, a total of $200 raised and 25 brothers helping, averaging an hour each
December 12 – 5 People picking out presents for Pikes Presents, 2 Brothers 3 others, 10 hours
December 13 – 12 People picking up presents for Pikes Presents, 8 Brothers 4 others, 36 hours
December 14 – 30 Brothers and 3 others wrapping presents for Pikes Presents, 75 Hours
December 15 – Delivering presents for Pikes Presents, 16 Brothers 1 other, 51 Hours, 350 presents delivered and gift cards for teachers
Pikes Presents also made the local news and the Troy record. A total of $6080 was raised by family members, brotherhood, alumni, and local businesses.

December 16 – 12 Brothers and 2 others made cookies for fire department and sororities, made around 300 sugar cookies, 3 hours total
Fall 2017 Summary:
Around 1200 Community Service Hours total from brotherhood events, this does not include community service hours brothers have done on the side as individuals, which will be gathered by the start of next semester, so around 1500 community service hours total.
Around $7,800 Dollars were raised for philanthropy, the majority of which was for Pikes Presents, thanks to a large number of alumni donations.
We had the largest pledge class on campus this semester and are lined up to have another large one in the Spring.
Our house is at near maximum capacity and will be next year, with the majority of our brotherhood living in.
We received the 25 man commitment, internal work day, and scholarship award from nationals
Founder’s Day will be on March 24!
