Gamma Kappa-Montana State University

Here at Montana State University we are very lucky to have an active alumni association.  The Big Sky Alumni Association (BSAA) is a nationally chartered Pi Kappa Alpha Alumni Association that represents the Gamma Kappa Chapter at Montana State University. The BSAA is currently directed solely by alumni of the Gamma Kappa chapter.

Officially, the purpose of the Big Sky Alumni Association is to provide a means for communication and association for Pi Kappa Alpha alumni from both the Gamma Kappa chapter and other chapters. A secondary purpose of the BSAA is to advance the mutual interests and promote the welfare of Pi Kappa Alpha by providing guidance and support to the Gamma Kappa Chapter of The Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity.

The BSAA was founded on Friday, October 7th, 1994. The inagural meeting was held in Hamilton Hall on the MSU campus. Seventeen alumni were in attendance. At the meeting, signatures required for the national charter were gathered, a Constitution and By-laws were discussed and unanimously approved, and officers were elected.
