Pi Kappa Alpha(Pike) was founded in March of 1868 at the University of Virginia. It has been rated the #1 fraternity nationally and there are over 220 chapters across America and Canada. Pike believes to make everyone that joins the fraternity Scholars, Leaders, Athletes, and Gentleman.
Our Chapter, Gamma Psi, has had a strong influence at Louisiana Tech University since we began in 1940. We continue to be Leaders on Campus in Scholarship, Athletics, Service, as well as Socially. In 2010 we won the Harvey T. Newell award for most improved chapter nationally. We still continue to improve today locally and nationally by growing in numbers as well as helping out on campus.
