President:  I am Benjamin Weber and came to Indiana State from a small town by the name of Huntingburg, Indiana. I am currently a junior pursuing a double major in Finance and Financial Services. Following graduation I plan on working at an investment firm to help clients both prepare and achieve their financial goals. I am currently the President for the Theta Omicron chapter and was fortunate enough to hold the VP of Administrative Affairs position in the Fall of 2015. I was honored to be able to join PIKE in the Fall of 2014.  It is exciting to be a part of Theta Omicron with the rich traditions that many people have laid before us, and the new house that is coming in the future. I look forward to the personal growth opportunities that lie ahead, and the opportunity to help others develop as we endure the journey together as brothers. Some of my proud PIKE moments are initiating the Colony at Austin Peay State University, raising over $4000 for the Bethany House, and going to Chicago for the Leadership Summit.

profilepicVP of Membership:  My name is Tyler Bouslog, and I am the current Vice President of Membership for Theta Omicron. I am the first VP of Membership, and I am looking forward to the new role. I can’t wait to help our men in the facets of the Fraternity that makes our chapter as successful as it is. Recruitment, Associate Education, Continuing Education, and Brotherhood are all supervised by me. I am from Paris, Illinois, and I am studying Business Administration and Operation Supply Chain Management with the hope is to obtain a MBA after graduation. I have several memories from Pike that have truly impacted my life.  I was lucky enough to attend Indiana State University’s Sesquicentennial Gala celebrating the University’s 150th anniversary thanks to generous contributions from our chapter’s founder and current ISU Board of Trustee Member, Ed Pease. I was also fortunate to be able to travel to Austin Peay State University to initiate the Colony there. We initiated several men that evening and the looks of pure joy I saw that evening will never leave me. I have also served the chapter as the Treasurer, Continuing Education Chairman, and the Scholarship Chairman. I am also involved on campus with the Forest and the new professional selling team that the Scott College of Business is sponsoring.

CaptureVice President of Financial Services:  My name is Spencer Gasper and I am from Bluffton, Indiana. I am currently a sophomore majoring in Finance.  I am serving as the Vice President of Financial Services for Pi Kappa Alpha. A goal of mine is to increase member awareness concerning our budget. The chapter’s budget controls everything the chapter decides to do that year. I would like to focus on other members who has a similar major to mine, and increase participation within the chairmanships.  I have been a member of Pike since Fall 2014. I have many proud memories in the year I have been active with the most memorable being when I had the opportunity to help initiate the Austin Pea Colony. I have never been more proud to represent Pi Kappa Alpha. One year has treated me well, and I can’t wait to see what the next few bring.

VP of Administrative Affairs:  My name is Kyle Varble, and I am from Rockport, Indiana.  I am an Operation and Supply Chain Management major with a minor in Marketing.  After graduation, I hope to obtain my MBA and work in the supply chain department of a corporation.  I currently serve as the Vice President of Administrative Affairs for Pi Kappa Alpha, and I am looking forward to increasing the social media and public relations of the Theta Omicron Chapter with other organizations and the Terre Haute community. Social Media, Public Relations, Historian, and Webmaster are chairman that I supervise under this position.  I was initiated into Pike during Fall of 2015, and my favorite Pike memory was attending PikeU Leadership Summit in Chicago last January where I learned about the ritual and administration of the Fraternity.
