Zeta Sigma has scored a 4.09 on a 4.00 scale in our 2014 National Consultant Visit. On their annual visits consultants conduct a comprehensive review of the Chapter including; Membership, Recruitment, New Member Education, Finances, Housing, Risk Awareness, Athletics, The Ritual, Scholarship, Campus Involvement, Community Service, Public Relations, and more. The metrics that are considered the most important, including Recruitment, have a weighted score, allowing for better than perfect scores for some exemplary chapters.
The Chapter earned perfect scores in all metrics, save for Scholarship, falling short of the Florida Tech All Fraternity Average GPA by just 0.03 points. Chapter President, Evan Cosgrove, has vowed to bring that average up this Spring, noting “School is the reason we’re all here.”
In his executive summary of the consultant report, Chapter Consultant Ivan Valentine wrote, “The Zeta Sigma chapter is very well established in programming and efficient in operations. With a strong working relationship and ties to the University and Greek system, the Chapter is dominate with its presence on campus.”
