Epsilon Mu-East Carolina University

The Epsilon Mu Chapter of Pi Kappa Alpha was founded at East Carolina University in 1958.  Since the latest re-chartering in 2003 Pi Kappa Alpha has been the most dominant and successful fraternity at East Carolina, winning ECU Inter-Fraternal Council’s Chapter of the Year Award 9 out of the past 10 years, and Pi Kappa Alpha’s Chapter of Excellence Award 3 out of the past 4 years.  Pi Kappa Alpha currently has 71 active members; easily the most on campus.  Our brothers continue to positively impact the ECU community as well.  Notable leadership positions include: Vice President of the Student body, SGA Executive Director of Community and Safety Affairs, SGA Sergeant at Arms, SGA Senate President Pro Temp, Inter-Fraternal Council Vice President, 7 SGA Student Senators, and 2 members of the Student Pirate Club Executive Board.   Other recent accomplishments include: IFC Outstanding Scholarship Development Award, IFC Outstanding Educational Programming Award, the Chancellor’s Cup for Intramurals, and Chapter of the Year for 2011.  Immediate past President Matt Paske also received Greek Man of the Year for his contributions to Greek life and the East Carolina community.  These great achievements are a by-product of the passion and determination of the men of the Epsilon Mu Chapter.  We encourage you to explore our new website and learn more about our fraternity.
