After renting property for over 60 years, we finally achieved our goal. Last year, we purchased property at 608, 616 and 618 Lafayette Street to secure the location of a permanent home for Alpha Tau Omega at Florida State University.
The next step on this journey is to engage architects and engineers to design the renovation and expansion of the ATO house to be built on this site. We have already begun interviewing architects and want your feedback on the design. To participate in the house design survey, visit bit.ly/2oW89en or click the House Design Survey tab above.
A renovated and expanded house will represent the past, present and future of ATO, and we need your help to turn this property into a traditional, grand fraternity house to reflect our distinguished history. Within these walls, men will grow as leaders, bond as brothers and make memories to last a lifetime. This property represents more than just a house, but a home.
To help us take the next step and begin the design phase with architects and engineers, we hope to raise at least $40,000, from alumni and friends, like you.
If you want to see the ATO house plan move forward, visit our enhanced alumni website click “Support the Campaign.” No matter what amount you choose, you are investing in the future of ATO at FSU. You can break your gift down into monthly, quarterly or semi-annual payments. You can also set up recurring payments to automatically charge your credit card or draft payments from your checking account.
The next few months will be full of change, excitement and growth. We want you to be there every step of the way as we build the house that will soon become ATO’s home.
