In 1904, 11 women at Syracuse University created an organization that would provide educational, philanthropic and leadership opportunities for women. They created Alpha Gamma Delta, an international women's fraternity that provides opportunities for personal development through the spirit of sisterhood. Upsilon Chapter at the University of Oklahoma was founded in 1919.

I am thrilled and proud to introduce you to the excellent women of Alpha Gamma Delta. We are all phenomenal individuals, and as you look through our webpage you will begin to see excellence in academics, sisterhood and community involvement. Alpha Gamma Delta is an amazing experience and our principles shape our women to be excellent in all pursuits. In Alpha Gamma Delta we have a place to call home and a group of women that are more than just friends.
